Lead with a clear solo portrait where your face is easy to recognize. Skip images that are dark, low-resolution, heavily filtered, heavily altered, or obscured by sunglasses, hats, shadows, or other accessories.

After the lead, vary the framing and setting instead of repeating nearly identical poses. Add one or two activity or setting photos that show a specific interest while keeping you visible; place gear-heavy images, such as a helmeted activity shot, after clear photos.

  1. Review every candidate photo against your present appearance and remove older images that materially misrepresent it.
  2. Keep photos where your face, hair, and overall appearance are recognizable without requiring the viewer to guess.
  3. If you do not have a current clear portrait, take a new solo photo in indirect daylight before assembling the set.
  4. Remove any image with a visibly cropped former partner or another person who remains identifiable in the frame.

Include a recent full-length or wider-context photo that shows your current appearance. A photo taken on a walk, at a casual event, or during an interest works when you remain easy to identify and the setting does not overwhelm the image.

Use no more than one group photo, and place it after clear solo images. If anyone could be mistaken for the profile owner, crop the image clearly or remove it.

Finish with four to six current, recognizable, nonredundant images: a solo lead, a recent wider or full-length photo, one or two interest photos, and only one unambiguous group photo if it adds something distinct.
